1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing from, or using any part of Elevated Education Co LLC’s websites, courses, membership, coaching services, or related materials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use or purchase from this site.
Elevated Education Co LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting, and continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Use of This Website & Services
All content, courses, programs, and materials provided through Elevated Education Co LLC are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
You agree to use this site and its materials for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use.
You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase or participate in any of our coaching or digital programs.
3. No Guarantees or Promises of Results
While Elevated Education Co LLC provides educational information, strategies, and resources to support your business growth, we do not guarantee or promise any specific results, income, or outcomes from using our services or materials.
Your success depends on many personal factors such as your effort, consistency, skill set, and market conditions. You understand that all results are your responsibility.
4. Payments, Billing, and Access
A. Courses
Payment is required in full at checkout.
Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, no refunds are offered once a course has been purchased.
Course access is delivered immediately after payment.
B. Membership
The membership is billed either monthly or annually, depending on your selection at checkout.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account portal.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, after which access will automatically expire.
No refunds or partial refunds are available for unused time within a billing cycle.
C. 1:1 Coaching
Payment plans are available, and all installment payments are required in full, regardless of participation level or results.
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. You may reschedule up to two times without penalty.
After two reschedules, a rescheduling fee may apply.
Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited.
D. Failed Payments & Chargebacks
If an automatic payment fails, the system will retry up to three times (every 5 days).
If the third attempt fails, access to your program or membership will be revoked immediately.
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks through your bank or credit card company. Any attempted chargeback will result in revoked access, and all outstanding balances will remain owed in full.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and instant access provided, no refunds of any kind are available for any offers, including courses, memberships, and coaching programs.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, videos, trainings, guides, and other resources shared by Elevated Education Co LLC are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, share, sell, distribute, or otherwise exploit any materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Elevated Education Co LLC.
Violations of this policy may result in revoked access and legal action.
7. Testimonials & Confidentiality
By participating in our programs, you grant permission for Elevated Education Co LLC to use your statements, wins, or feedback as testimonials in marketing materials.
We respect your confidentiality and will never share private or sensitive information about your business without your consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Elevated Education Co LLC, its members, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, programs, or materials.
By participating, you agree to hold us harmless for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of your application of the information provided.
9. Affiliate Program (Future Use)
Elevated Education Co LLC may, at its discretion, create and operate an affiliate program. Participants will be required to follow all applicable laws, FTC guidelines, and affiliate terms provided at that time.
Until such a program exists, this clause serves to acknowledge potential future participation rules.
10. Arbitration & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive the right to participate in any class action or similar proceeding and agree that each dispute must be resolved individually.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of this website or our services indicates your acceptance of those changes.
